Then my first spouse hit me and yelled at me.

Then my second spouse hit me and yelled at me.

Remember Homeward Bound, that movie with talking animals? The dog is chewing on a shoe and says to the cat "You want some?" The cat answers, "I'm not into leather." You reminded me of that scene. :)
