I will not vote for Hillary Clinton. There are two reasons for this. First, if she wins this election and the next, we will have twenty years of only Bushes or Clintons in our nations highest office. Second, and more importantly, she is claiming experience that is not hers ( Read more... )

I'd compare it more to cutting off a diseased limb to prevent the spread of the disease. Lesser of two evils and all that.

Why not vote for a third party? Sure, they won't win NOW, but it only takes 5% of the total vote to qualify for federal campaign funding in the next cycle. I wish more people knew that, because I'd be excited about what a Libertarian or Green candidate could do with funds equal to someone like McCain.

Sidenote: I still predict Obama wins the nomination, and eventually the presidency.

Federal funding does not mean funds equal to McCain. These people are independently wealthy and raise private funds.

That is a good thought though, a third party might be a good option.

Personally I am voting for McCain... Not because I don't like Osama... err Obama, or Clinton, its because they stand for things that are completely out of this world which I will not go into here, as most of your friends and you are democrats from what I can tell. However, I can say the ONLY thing I like about Hillary Clinton is that she has come out to say that if anyone attacks Israel, namely Iran, she would make sure that Iran is obliterated off the face of the planet with nuclear weapons. Thats the only thing I like. Besides that, Mccain is my choice.

Well, I am not an idiot as you put it, it was simply a chide remark against him. However, being that he has had dealings with anti-semitic people he might as well be muslim. ADL and various groups have articles pertaining to this.

A widely circulated e-mail suggests that U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) attended a fundamentalist Muslim religious school, known as a "madrassa," as a child living in Indonesia, and that his childhood education was steeped in radical Islam.

In fact, from ages 6 through 10, he attended a public school in Indonesia with both Muslim and non-Muslim students.

Sen. Obama is not a Muslim; he is a Christian who attends the United Church of Christ.

Josh, please type in the Words Barack Obama, in the search bar on the ADL website, and this is the first thing that pops up, btw.

You see, this is why I avoid people who are extreme liberals. You attack others who make a joke. Now please tell me when I made insults about you? You know what, this is just done. I see no reason for you to go flying off the handle over it. You hate Mccain, I hate Obama. Whats the big deal? Am I WRONG in my opinion? Is it possible to hold the WRONG opinion in this country where someone could say that your freedom of opinion and expression is WRONG? better yet, I know what your answer will be so don't bother. I won't bother checking for anymore replies regarding this.

Hate is a very inappropriate word. I don't hate anyone. I respect and like John McCain, he and I share a commonality in that we both faced adversity while overseas in the military. I just don't agree with some of the individuals that happen to endorse him; I find them to be blinded by ignorance and very close-minded.

I shouldn't have to inform you of your rights as an American,(ie. the right of free speech) but if you compare someone to someone else, who happens to be a DISGUSTING human being, based on a false and innocuous rumor, I'm going to speak up.

Your inability to separate this from a personal attack is not my concern, because I didn't attack you, or your right to your opinion. Calling someone else Osama with the assumption that they are a terrorist is just wrong. There is no humor in it, regardless of the context.
