It the entrance to the Castle of Stupinigi near the city of Turin. A friend of mine took the picture during my last tour of Italy in January.

Lovely. that palace has an incredible octagonal hall if i remember right. it was a hunting palace for the king of sardinia. or savoy, whatever they were called then.
