That's such crap, though. Whether his behavior was ethical is moot (and says more about the nature of agents in college athletics). The program has already been punished, and everyone involved has moved on (and, er, gotten a promotion).
But taking the award away means nothing. And whatever you think of his behavior, it doesn't take away from his achievements or playing ability. Which is why he won the award in the first place. So taking it away now is bullshit.
