If you make a promise to keep something a secret in a dream are you bound to this promise in the waking world?

I guess it depends on how big the secret is, and whether it was a real dream or a spiritual experience.

I am fuzzy on the dream now as it happened a couple a nights ago. The dream is fuzzy but the question remained. It did not feel like a spiritual experience. As near as I can remember it did not deal with anybody I know.
