Jingle Bell 5K run in December. I currently jog about 2.5 miles (about 4K) fairly regularly on the treadmill, so I figure I should be able to work my way up to 5K with moderate hills by December. But not in actuality, because a) I live in another state and b) my doctor thinks that I tore the meniscus in my knee, so I'm actually pretty fucked up in the whole walking department.
Still, meniscus is a fun word. I've been saying it all day. "Meniscus."

The jam is tasty, at least in my opinion. (Geekpdx thinks it isn't sweet enough.) It's all sitting in a room in our basement, and we'll dust it off and decorate it many months from now.
