I wonder if he's a music major. I put on the application that I preferred someone with the same major.

This way we would both have similar schedules and he wouldn't stay up half the night and cause me not to get enough sleep.

Yeah it's really good to have someone with similar interests living with you. Plus you will have more to talk about and you could become friends instead of hating living with him.
