Did my Symphony Band audition this morning. It went OK. I won't make it, though. My prepared piece was just not up to the level it normally was, and I don't think I did overly well on the rest of the audition enough to make up for it, although I didn't bomb on anything else in the audition, I don't believe ( Read more... )

Sounds like the auditions was cool LOL i kinda hope you could nail the scales with all the practicing you do I mean goodness being that good and not knowing your scales is crazyness. =P

Hey, it happens. Some people don't know all 12 major scales. Me included...sometimes I don't get F# major or D# major every single time.

And I'm not that good.....I'm not "top dog" anymore up here =) The other trumpeters up here are really good.
