I pretty much don't miss anything about Martin County at all except home. I love being home with my family, but my friends have all just rubbed me the wrong way since I've been back. I also hate being in such a small town. Ok, Morehead isn't a big town by any means, but at least there are places to eat and Baird where I can play my instrument

It isn't exactly about *not* wanting to take lessons from you, it's just that some people have other things to do besides spend their holidays learning stuff they already know.

As for District Band, it doens't matter to me because I'm quitting band after this semester and won't be going. Maybe J.L. can take my spot. Horray for him!

Pfft I just read your journal. A New York idiot obsessed with southern 'hick' jokes and Star Trek. Only friend on his friends list is Kyle.

I'm not really concerned with what he has to say, because it's just a bunch of tired and cliché jokes that everyone from the south has already heard before anyways. It's funny that everyone with half a brain from New England states thinks they're better than anyone from the southern states, and gets mad when they read something they don't agree with, or 'stick up' for a friend, or whatever you're trying to do here.

Go watch some Star Trek or something, you're not needed or wanted here.
