i feel summer. i'm smiling a lot more because of it.

on top of the hill
all the animals live together.
we bark and run around
in the dry mud, the new weather.
there's dirt on your hand
i think there's nothing better.

you can survive on your own
or learn to forage for the home.

i haven't given up on everything, but i might be a worse person.

on the up side, i've had fun for the most part during break. brazilian carnivals with trav, chad, wayde, seth and more. the show with algernon was absolutely amazing. i saw a friend i had made in the hospital that night, and that was really nice.

new songs, too.

i was thinking it's alright to not be.
after all, we started out as nothing.

This is the easiest place to tell people I'm friends with, and we're friends with. It's not angry or bitter. I wanted to put it here and let my close friends know.

I think the distance is setting in. I don't want anything to change. I really don't.
