delayed Things and pinch-hitters

While most people have been lovely about letting me know they're delayed, there are a handful of people who haven't yet contacted me.

If your line in the Masterlist doesn't have a Thing yet, and doesn't have a "delayed" note on it, then I need to hear from you. I have no problem with lateness, as long as something is going to turn up in the mail
