Gotham 1.5 - Viper

I've decided to start writing a bit about Gotham because I like the show so much, regardless of how some of my non-LJ friends are all "Oh, it's a Batman show without Batman--that's stupid." I've always liked the villains more than the heroes, so this show really appeals to me ( Read more... )

I thought this was a good ep too!

I'm enjoying Fish's plans and plots.

The Riddler and Catwoman were always my fave Batman villains. I liked Harvey Dent too, mostly because I ship pre-Twoface Harvey Dent/Bruce.

I have never ever given a shit about any Penguin related plot until this show - I agree, the actor really adds a lot, and he's being written well.

I think the corruption at Wayne Enterprises plot will hopefully be interesting as well.

I really enjoy Fish's planning and plotting, too. She's a very compelling character and it's hard to believe she was created just for this show.

A Harvey/Bruce ship? I can't really see it, but I've never read the comics, so I don't know if there were hints of that there. The only version of Harvey Dent I know is from The Dark Knight Rises, and I can't really see him and that Bruce together.

I really should read the comics. As a soap fan, I feel like I would really enjoy them.

The actor playing Oswald is wonderful, and they really are giving him good writing. He also seems to be very grateful to be in the role, judging by his Twitter feed.

As far as the Wayne Enterprises corruption goes, I think that particular plot could go on for several seasons. Given the writing, I think it will be good. :)
