so i'm supposed to be in class right now, but i slept in and then had to finishe the project that's due in class. so of course i feel like a total fuck up at the moment. i finished the project, but i'm not sure if i should go to class 2 hours late, or just drop it off at the end of the period. or whatever

Elephant is a fantastic movie.

The reason I liked it was because it was slow. You have the first hour of the movie where it basically just shows these long-ass shots of kids going through a normal day of school. Everything is like it always has been. There is basic teenage drama, friends hanging out, just run-of-the-mill ordinary high school stuff. Nothing looks pampered or made-up. The highschool is believeable, the students are believeable. It just looks so effing every-day.

And then all of a sudden these two kids go in and start shooting everyone.
I found the movie to be extremely dramatic and suspenseful.
