perhaps if he wasn't such a complete jerk he'd have other things to do besides work. perhaps if he had other interests he wouldn't be such a complete jerk. how about sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't. sometimes circumstance is irrelevant--if he sucks, he sucks, and'll continue to suck regardless of his motive.
