"We are becoming a bilingual nation, and that is not good."

What?  Really?  I don't think it's a bad thing.  Would I want to see that?  Honestly, no, because I'm lazy - but I'd love for my children to be fluent in multiple languages.

Boy that one guy was such a flaming rascist. I don't even remember his name THANK GOD WHAT AN IDIOT. Honestly, his idea of progress is getting everyone to speak English, eliminating the "other languages" option, and "assimilating" everyone. OH WOW. He made me angry.

Well, I don't really want to see us become a *forced* bilingual nation in the way that say Canada is, where things get delayed because they need to have box text translated into another language as well, etc., and people get all anal about it, but I would like to see people learn a second language.
