Anyone else waiting for the original Iron Chef Chairman to make a showup?

Every time I watch Iron Chef America, I keep waiting for the original Iron Chef chairman to show up with Sakai or something, just to show the new guys how it's really done.

Nah - keep him on too! Just bring on the original Chairman with his big fancy cape and furs just to mix things up a bit. Unless he's still touring with Les Miserables.

Sakai and Morimoto DID battle two ICA chefs in the special, before it was a series.

Also, Kaga won't be showing up, because in IC lore, he died while eating fugu (the real Kaga is, of course, alive and well).
