Today I turn twenty-five. I have officially lived a quarter of a century. I know that my nervousness about this sounds silly, particularly considering how many people I know who have long passed this birthday, but my anxiety about aging and death always make birthdays hard. And this year, the depression and anxiety hit early and harder than usual
