LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- This holiday season marks the 20th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade -- an annual television tradition that gathers families and fans in front of their TV sets for two hours of magical performances and holiday cheer, Disney-style.
The 20th Annual Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade telecast airs on ABC-TV Christmas Day from 11:00AM to 1:00PM (EST) and 10:00AM to 12:00PM (PST).

And presiding over this 20-year tradition will be Regis Philbin, who has hosted more Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parades than anyone. Joining Regis as co-host for the 20th Annual Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade will be his Live with Regis & Kelly co-star -- and now star of ABC-TV's Hope & Faith -- Kelly Ripa.

Joey Fatone:
Fatone heads cast of O-town ‘Grease'
Published November 20, 2003
The last thing you might associate with Grease's cucumber-cool leading malecharacter, Danny Zuko, is a modern-day boy-band member.
Zuko, after all, is leather jackets, cigarettes and John Travolta.
Boy bands are . . . well . . . not.
Then again, Joey Fatone, the Dr. Phillips High School alum and boy-band member who's taking the stage as Zuko in Orlando this week, doesn't take the whole pop thing too seriously.
In fact, the T-shirt worn by the member of 'N Sync to a rehearsal this week was testament to that. It read: " 'N Suck."
"Hey, it's funny," he said with a shrug.
Fatone is headlining a cast that's filled with local talent and stars of sitcoms-gone-by. It runs today through Sunday at the Orange County Convention Center.
Also featured are: Jeff Conaway (Taxi); Alfonso Ribeiro (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air); local crooner Michael Andrew of Swingerhead and a bevy of players from local theme parks.
Director Karen Rugerio said she wanted to take a well-known show, with relatively well-known players, to a community that's been somewhat fickle in its support of live theater.
"I've always thought Orlando never prides itself on the talent we have right here," said Rugerio, the local acting coach who also helped along the early careers of actor Wesley Snipes and comedian Wayne Brady. "We wanted to find out what could really happen if we brought all this talent together."
Said Michael Andrew: "It's going to be fun to see what happens."
Cast members appear to be having fun, indeed.
During final rehearsals, dancers waved feathered fans for a choreographed number where they surround Ribeiro, who plays the Teen Angel.
And backstage, Fatone led a practice round of tire-tossing around a 1947 Chevy.
Still, as much fun as those involved are having, pulling off a show with just three weeks rehearsal can be tough.
Just ask producer Susan Garbus, of Act III Acting Studio, who was dealing with last-minute problems ranging from a dancer with a chipped bone to hair-dying run amok (Kenickie's was too blonde, and Frenchy's wasn't pink enough).
"It's a lot," Garbus sighed with a smile. "But if something wasn't going wrong at the last minute, it wouldn't be theater."

Joey Fatone (front) and director Karen Rugerio (from left), Corey Benjamin, Patrick Oliver Jones, Scott Sadler and Michael Andrew take a break Wednesday from preparations for ‘Grease' at the Orange County Convention Center. It runs today through Sunday and features hometown talent.
