Two (count them two) days, before I move into the new abode, I've just been informed that there is no working shower, that the washing machine is most probably on the blink, the cooker randomly turns itself on and off, that nothing I've been promised will be done has been done, the house is full of dust and that I have no wardrobe

this is further proof to my theory that all landlords/letting agents are twats.
