So, week off. What am I going to do?
I have a list
1)Excercise because i'm not a gelatinous blob...yet...
2)Cook like a bastard because I haven't for ages...
3)Freeze most of said cooking Because eating crisps when I come home from work because I'm too tired too cook is doing me no good
4) Not smoke It's easier to quit when I'm not at work 5)
