My dad and step-mom came up to San Francisco on Monday and stayed for a couple of days.  I had to play tour guide for a bit, but it was fun nonetheless.  Went out to some great restaraunts which tore me away from the Dining Center for a night or two.

First day of college was good.  Classes don't seem too bad.

I had another restless night.  I really wish I could get to sleep on nights before I have class.  This whole not sleeping gig sucks.  I even took Benadryl that knocked me out until 11 yesterday.  I don't think it kicked in last night.

It is nice and cool this morning out here.  The fog is blanketing the hills and higher floors of the apartment buildings.  Days like today were made for people to be together.

I picked up my books over the weekend and to my surprise, they are all novels.  It's nice knowing I won't have to lug around textbooks.
