How about going to slather on sunscreen but realising you grabbed the tube of 'Deep Heat' instead?

Put on your swimming trunks and go play about under the burst water main!

christ, no! god knows what strange things happen to that water as it bubbles up through the top few feet of hackney. i swear to god i saw a tentacle reach out of the hole and grab a rat.

What I was loving was the fact that I just covered my hair in dye minutes before the water all went off. Couldn't wash the fucking stuff out.

Is the washing-machine-breakage related to the lack of water??

we had intermittent water downstairs yesterday, which is now gone, and has been replaced by a trickle from the bathroom tap.

washing machine needs to be manually filled with water, and also seems to have a semi-blocked pipe.
