My search for a 3/4 man tent for the meteor camping trip in fact yielded a 7-man monstrosity tall enough to stand up in.

"50 quid? That's, like, £7 a man; bargain!" was my first thought, when it should have been "but i am only one man!", or "15 kilos? fuck that."

oh well, at least if it rains, we can play indoor tennis, or something.

haha, I read that as a three quarter man tent. Are you vertically challenged???

I also read it that way - mind you, it feels like most tents are for the 'vertically challenged' when you're in them...

Oh jesus. You realise we have limited space, right? I hope too many people don't follow your example!

how big are the pitches, then? this thing's 3.5 sq metres... maybe a couple more with the front and rear porches erected... that gonna be a problem?

If you suddenly realise it's a bit too big I'll have it off you... the pirate weekenders are a bit shit if you have to get dressed laying down all the time, and having a bunch of wasted sea dogs and wenches wankered in a 4 man is quite a cramp.

What one is it?

i'll let you know after it arrives; if you still want it, it'll be yours for cost...certainly a bargain.
