I reclaimed an iMac that'd been on loan to a friend for the past few months, and in the process of clearing out the crap she'd left in my media library discovered a 6-minute film of her doing...well let's call it a "Paris Hilton impression".

Make very subtle references to clearing out files on the iMac - just enough to remind her that she left it on there but not enough so as to make it clear you found it. If she cracks, deny knowledge but assure her you'll definitely go looking for whatever it is she's worried out!
