Today  I went to the beach, a first in many months, in attempt to rid myself of the ghosliness of a skin-tone. Arriving at the usual 11am gave way to no tourists, no crazy waves to destroy any sand edifice that I could potentially construct, and lots of glorious sun. Stepping foot into the surf gave me cause to fear
