2. At some stage, I'd love to have an orchard and make perry or cider or have a micro-brewery and brew beer. I'd love for that place ( Read more... )

rl, my exciting fictional life, james may (i love you), friends are awesome, drunken lj posts (good idea at the time), oz and james (are shagging)

Yes. *hic* Very good! *boozy swoon* I am such a lightweight! Ha!

I was thinking a small commercial microbrewery, but I guess one starts with homebrewing, right? I can brew a pot of tea - does that count? :)

Sure you start with homebrewing. That's how you learn about the process, as well as learning about what styles of beer you like to make (and can successfully brew!) :)

haha... oh, that duran duran video.. i remember seeing that on countdown when i was a kid and wondering why it made me feel so uncomfortable, but yet i still felt compelled to watch it! XD

I've decided that I need to go drinking with James May, so I can show him the three brands of absinthe available locally, and we can kill bottles at an alarming rate (generally speaking 'within two weeks' is an alarming rate for killing a bottle of absinthe, so I'm sure that with May-ish assistance, I could do better).

Also, I've been pestering people for the address of my cousin in Vietnam, so I'll have Moar Excuses to go visit Vietnam, so MASSIVE VIETNAM ROADTRIP! (Hopefully.) I mean I don't know how to ride a motorcycle, but how hard can it be?

ABSINTHE! I will help you drink absinthe! Though I am such a lightweight these days, it won't take much har har har.

You has a cousin in Vietnam? Rad! I am contemplating getting a motorbikel liscence, just because... well, it seems attainable. Also I've been seeing someone who rides a motorbike, it wouldn't take much to turn me into a biker, I'm afraid. My mother would have a heart attack. LOL. ;P

I have a cousin in Vietnam, yes. For real.

We should drink absinthe together. You, me, and if possible, James May. It'd be fun.

I bet you'd be an awesome biker. And hot, to, with the slick leather outfit.

The outfit is important, right? I mean, how else can I justify leather pants? Also: side car for the cello? Good transport solution Y/N?
