The one I can't believe I haven't seen?
Rocky. Not seeing Grease is a political statement.
The one I really wish I had skipped?
While I'd be tempted to say Spiderman or Men In Black, the answer probably is Thunderball, by far the worst Bond movie in existence. 45 minutes of it is an extremely dull underwater fight. The theme is by Tom Jones.
Best flick?
Toughie. On this list? Probably the Graduate. Amazing performances, one of the funniest scripts ever, and just a great experience. I'd love to make a movie like that.
The one I actually *enjoyed* the most?
Probably Raiders of the Lost Ark. Wish I could make myself forget that movie so I could see it again freshly. Once I know the entire script to a film, I don't really want to watch it again.
The most over-hyped?
The Lion King. It's so very shitty, and yet so many gay men love it. Why? Good Lord, why? Fucking Disney.
The movie I should have seen just because everyone else has?
Gone With the Wind. It's important but I'm not all that sure it's good.
The movie that surprised me the most for its inclusion?/Movies conspicuous by their absence?
Toy Story 2 and not Toy Story 1? Hm. I think this is a list of top grossing American films modified for inflation. I thought that Birth of a Nation would be on there. I'm also surprised by the abundance of Disney films, especially early ones.
