Well the only reason I use that godawful term is because it's more like syd barrett solo stuff then it is actually like pink floyd at all.
The proper influences are just way too weird to list! Thus every modern psych band ever gets compared to "13th floor elevators and syd barrett-era pink floyd." hah.
