so after a while of trying to quit ciggarettes, im really trying this time. i decided step one is cutting from a pack a day to half a pack and im gonna try to quit by 2007. wish me luck.
Good luck! In the summer, I was up to a pack/pack and a half a day and I cut down to half a pack when fall started and now about 5 or 6 a day. It was a lot easier than I thought and my lungs feel much better. You can do it!
