I'm still annoyed that my body and my brain don't behave the way I used to expect them to. I hate the number of stupid medical tests and procedures and appointments I have to go through every few weeks. One positive thing, though, is that I reconnected with a former student of mine, who is now giving me T'ai Chi lessons via Skype, and this has already had beneficial effects on some of my problems (it turns out tha T'ai Chi is highly recommended for helping stroke patients regain their sense of balance and improving mobility).
I'm glad to hear that you're getting better, and that you can resume "everyday" activities like grocery shopping. And everybody's polite to me because I walk with a cane. I hope your stamina and mental focus improve to the point where you can reconnect with the internet world! Big *HUGS* to you, and continuing good wishes!
