Next Tuesday, the 25th of August, I'm going to be taking a civil service exam to evaluate my bookkeeping skills. If I do well enough, it could lead to a job with the Baltimore County government. Here's hoping!

Just got an automated email from the Baltimore County government; they're accepting applications for Account Clerk II positions. This is just to create a stable of potential applicants, and doesn't mean they're hiring, but I fired one off anyway.

We'll see...

The temp agency said they're working on a job that I seem to have just the right skill-set for. It's a temp-to-hire position, so the client will make the final selection.
