Thanks to Marcus Allen I have added Haas Avocados to my daily diet.  Weird I know, I was watching Mike & Mike in the Morning on ESPN as I do every morning while eating breakfast and they were interviewing Marcus Allen.  He then plugs Haas Avocados, so I look them up and sure enough they are pretty darn good for you.  So I have been slicing avocados

John try mixing avacado with tuna instead of mayo, Lindsay makes it its good.
