Has anyone played Spore yet ?

I have been reading reviews / watching videos all day today about it and was about to run out and get it until I saw something about it having DRM restrictions ? Not too sure what that means but from what I understand you can only install it on limited computers / require internet to play ? Any information would be appreciated !
