my arms and legs EXTREMELY hurt from working out the past couple of days. no pain, no gain. :)

Oo Good Job! Working out is part of my New Year's Resolution too.. not to lose weight (obviously lol) but just to be healthier. People don't get enough cardio and that is soo important. Keep up the good work!

thanks! im really trying to work out alot but my eating habits are really bad. do you know any good websites where i can find some good tips on eating habits?

hmm i'm not sure. but i live by Yahoo! Health and WebMD.. I'm sure they have some pointers online about health and fitness

i've also been watching celebrity fit club 3. not only they have good tips as well but they also have the guy who played kenicke in grease on there. it's freaking hilarious!
