Thank you so much! Even one comment means the world to me, since this was my brainchild. Did you mosey over from Tumblr by chance?

Wow fascinating and inserted so well - I've seen both movies and felt a weird kind of affinity with both, so I really could see this all happening
You did a really good job fitting it in without edging into AU or alternate canon (not that there is much canon, but, yeah)
So sad, both movies, but not necessarily in a bad way and this story kinda reminds me of that feeling
I like the ending especially, the synchronicity of their final moment
It's sad but no sadder than the movies themselves
thanks for sharing this
I came here from fanmix, in case you're curious

Thank you! Yeah, I tried really hard to kind of combine the canon of both so that it made the most sense. It was sad to write, but felt necessary. I appreciate the reading and commentary very much, though!

This was heartbreaking, At first I was confused to who the characters were -Which character went into space, and who stayed on earth-, but then I realised; and that made it even more heartbreaking.
And the worst thing? You kept the original fates for both Capa and Jerome, where the ironic phrase, "star-crossed lovers" comes into play.
Overall? You are a superb writer, who writes in a bittersweet, harrowing way.

I already re-read it and get frustrated with the sentence structure and such, so I'm sure I will do some editing in the near future, even though this is my own private little crack!ship sailing for one, hahaha. But thank you for reading and the constructive advice, I'll keep that in mind!

Awww. I know, it seemed wrong not to give them both their heartbreaking endings, but at least there was a little bit of happiness in-between. Thank you so much! Your comment made my week.

Loved it! I haven't seen Sunshine but I am going to watch it tonight and reread this.

I want more of you.

Wow! I hate that my e-mail filed this away somewhere that I couldn't find it until now, because I'm thrilled that someone actually read this. Did you watch Sunshine? Did you like it? Thank you so much for the lovely compliment! I wish I wrote more over here but I spend most of my time writing over at Insanejournal. But I have definitely been needing more inspiration to write another fic of some kind. Thank you so much again - they were my obsession for a while and knowing just one person read this makes my week. :)
