Okla. House approves welfare drug testing

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma House has approved a bill to require drug testing for certain welfare recipients, but not before it was amended to include testing for those seeking elected office.

The full House voted 82-6 on Monday for the amended bill. It now heads to the Senate for consideration.

I don't have any problem with it either. Except here they think they are going to target unemployment,too, because they think if you're on it too long that you're a drunk or druggy. I am impressed at all the stereotypes that are still concrete even though everyone who has lost their job is struggling to get back into the jobforce..Not because there isn't a job for them but because they mustttt be druggies and alchys. It does NOT make any sense. The food stamps makes a lot sense for me because I see a lot of people sell their cards for things. A lot of people talk about it openly, so I am hoping that they're ..joking.
