Animal Collective at Emo's Sunday night, I just found out about it, SOLD OUT. I can't believe how not on top of my game I am. I am going to kicking myself all weekend long.

I guess it's off to the steak n shake I go.

I am waiting for a check to come from my closed bank account in Colorado, and then I'm registering to take Geology this summer. I kind of feel like I don't know what I'm doing. I am liking my job less and less. I am looking for a long weekend in Madison soon, reading as much as I can commit myself to, making myself a really kickass playlist. ( Read more... )

I've noticed lately the weird flux of my heart beats. Party barge on Town Lake until 1:00 this morning. I have to wake up in oh four hours.

My personal favorite of the night:
Random boy: (of a swan) That's a huge duck!
Shad: It's an even larger sparrow!

I've swum in the stream that offshoots from Barton Springs the last two evenings in a row. Swimming against the current until exhausted feels wonderful.

I will totally make changing in a parking lot inside of a towel a new sport.

I like my new room. It's painted a pale sunny yellow color that catches natural sunlight beautifully, speaking of which, I didn't realize how much I've missed natural light.
