I think I have officially lost more blood this month than in the the previous 3 years in sum. I have also experienced seeing more of my blood congealed in the last month than I have in my entire life.

I prefer the term "bleeding to death" but yeah, menstruating works too.

i think i have enough info to give my mom.
but you said you were going to a doc - did you? did they give anything helpful?
you are using a humidifier - have you tried using any of the nasal rinsing things? [i don't remember what it's called - nasal irrigation? nasal hydration?]
if my mom has anything helpful, i'll let you know
