I was minding my own business yesterday and walking back from the bus stop, and I heard this one kid say: "But, yeah. Condoms don't feel good, for either party. All girls should have to be on the pill, it's not fair that men have to worry about pregnancy and shit ( Read more... )

1. That guy is wrong. Condoms make it easier to, umh, gain access, and they can help make it last longer. And they protect against STDs! Condoms FTW!

2. That drives me absolutely insane. Weirdly, I tend to do the reverse. I typically refer to females in my classes as women, and males as boys, which--surprise, surprise--some males have taken issue with. Could it be that language is not a triviality?! Hmmm.

Also, it irritates me that his reasoning was so men wouldn't have to worry about "pregnancy and shit". Ass.
