Or, you can fit zero children inside an empty Mini Cooper, because once you put a child inside it's no longer empty. ;) Which is a less cool answer, but easier to write down. XD

This is how I went about it. First, convert feet to meter, because wtf Amerika. Then google an age-height chart. 1,20m means age 6-10 (they might also weight too much for their height). It also means they have to use some sort of car seat (booster?), the law says so. Therefore (cross-referencing a video of a Mini Cooper's seat layout) you can only fit 3 children into the car (since they aren't allowed on the drivers seat either).
