Passion

It's 2:30am and I've spent the last hour contemplating what exactly it is that bugs me the most about my current situation. I've finally hit the nail on the head of why I am so frustrated with life.

You see, anyone that knows me knows that I am passionate and hardworking when given a task. I have been my whole life.

And now I'm sitting at a new place. A great place most people say. But it is frustrating. Frustrating because for the first time in my life I can go any direction and do ANYTHING. I can live my dream...

And this is where I resist the urge to say "there's a video that I think you'd be interested in watching" because it can help you achieve your dream. I watched it and I'm chasing mine, slowly, but it's being chased and I refuse to let it go.

But you'll figure out what your dream had been and what is will be. I thought I had lost mine back in July and again in the winter when I thought all I could do was work "stupid" jobs and pray to stay afloat.

But I digress. You probably get my point. ;)

Oh Jojo, I really hope that you do find your dream, because you are such a talented and beautiful person, and I know there is something amazing and perfect for you.

And maybe your dream is to organise UM/SML get-togethers.

I've been there, dear friend.

It's taken me some time to sort it out, and a long detour I only walked because people told me I had to.

You HAVE to go to college. You HAVE to get a degree; they would say.

So I did, and at the end, it got me absolutely nowhere. I didn't learn anything pertaining to my dream that I couldn't have learned actually DOING it.

But now I'm starting to show them. My dream won't be denied, and I'm proving my worth with each article I write, with each chapter of my tale I unfold.

It hasn't been easy, but I can finally feel myself getting there.

I know you'll get there too, whatever that destination is.
