The ice cream truck ran out of ice cream, maybe?

Alright, I have never seen something so weird in my life (well, that's not exactly true, but it makes a really good impactful statement)
So I'm sitting at my computer and I hear this bell ringing from outside.  The noise is slowly growing louder, so I'm like "Oh, it must be an ice cream truck."  But, I normally hear those really random and annoying

I know!!! Okay, so I'm not crazy, cuz I definately have never seen that before, and I actually stood frozen in the window for a minute after the truck had passed, trying to figure out what just happened!
