Gah, that's rubbish. I have a friend who, in all the many years he's lived in London, I think every time he's moved has been for this reason, and I've seen how miserable it's made him. It's really a shame.

We got forced out of our last place by a change of owners. It was probably for the best, but what a pain in the arse. I hope you find a place you can stay in for a while.
