don't emasculate the croc by calling them fairy wings, they're bigger than fairy wings. and wings or not the croc can deal outside of the water, whereas the shark can not. there's no contest.

the amphibiosity of the croc means nothing because they're both flying, i explained that already. not to mention sharks eat liscense plates and people and crocodiles get beat up by hippos

the amphibious nature of the croc as opposed to the shark has to play a factor. without the biological specifications of each fighter we're left to assume that everything remains the same. the jetpack doesn't change the fact that sharks are just toothy fish, and as such need water.

shark will not only kill the croc but its so much better then the croc it will preobaly urinate on its body after its done kicking its ass.
