6days, 10 hours, 7mines and 23 seconds...
Till I am on a bus on my way to toontown for a vist. Either that or I'm getting a ride, yet again not counting on it.
I leave Friday morning about 8:30 or so and should be arriving around 4:30 or so. thinking spending some time with boys, just hanging till movie time.

You take a small eggplant (peeled and chopped)
two different colored peppers and cut those into strips
a small zucchini cut length wise into strips
throw all that into a saute pan with a little bit of olive oil and two toes of chopped garlic. Or you can use Land o Lakes garlic olive oil butter.
Then take some wraps. I like to use tomato or spinach wraps. Put a slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese on the wrap then the warm veggies on top of the cheese. Roll it up and there really really yummy. Seasoning is just a little bit of salt and pepper or Italian seasoning blend.
