Have you seen sparkpeople.com? They have a LOT of resources for weight loss and stuff. I've lost 15 lbs in the past month or so, I'm down 30 lbs total (and still have 40 to go, I blew up when I was pregnant ugh) ... Also, for exercise, I've been doing the 30 Day Shred and also this running program called Couch to 5K (although i stopped that one)... you should check them out, I think you'd enjoy them
