[The Hulk had been really bored lately. Matter of fact he was so bored that when he fell asleep the boredom!sleep caused him to turn back into Bruce Banner. Which is good because finally he got a chance to do some research on this place. Over the past few days or so, Bruce has been studying everything he can about Luceti. From the guide to books in the library, old entries. Just about anything he could get his hands on. He's even been trying to contact the spirits(The healing one in particular) on whatever little downtime he has that's not spent with his nose in a book.
Usually he did this in his apartment, but lately he's felt the need for some fresh air, so he's out and about today. Sort of. He hasn't been so much out and about as he's just been simply choosing a rather social-esque area (Such as a restraunt, library or maybe outside on a bench ( Not the bar though. He reaaally doesn't wanna get into a bar fight.) and kind of sitting there writing equations and theories down. Feel free to notice the very tired looking man drinking coffee who doesn't look like he's slept in days.
At some point late in the evening he'll make an entry.]

Hey, I was wondering. Is there a way to communicate outside the journals? Like a mail system or something similar? I know the journals are faster but... I figure a letter can have it's values too. [Letters tend have more sentimental value than say an email for example. But really he just doesn't trust the journals. At all.]

Also, is anyone here familar with [...] genetic mutation? I mean. I suppose you could say an extreme case of genetic mutation. An example could be gaining super human abilities thanks to a scientific experiment, or too much radiation exposure. Basically anyone who has abilities that aren't thanks to their race, culture, cybernetics, armor, magic, weaponry, etc.? If you were born with a power your race doesn't normally have, that could count too.
This tends to happen a good bit where I come from. Are any other worlds like this?
