because you're not drinking anough COFFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Oh, maybe I had too much this AM ;) When I get to that state, I make a list of everything, all broken down into littl etiny chunks, and start checking things off to make myself feel better - it's a plodding way to do it, but it kinda works. Or I do what I am doing right now, and pretend to be productive by farting around on the computer....and blow off all the shit I really HAVE to do.
