it took me FOREVER to figure out what cut i wanted because it was like all crispy before a lil past the shoulders. so i asked for short layers starting with my bangs that grew out and a chin length cut :) i thought it came out pretty good. plus they gave me some special shampoo because i swim everyday in pe, so it 1. conditions it 2. makes it stronger and 3. makes it smell a LOT better :)
