i am going to warn you that there might be theatre ruckus because a) you obvi got the sweet house and b) your stairs are the least sucky of them all (least likely to die whilst smashed).

also, i'm going to warn you that i will be over. i may drunkenly stumble in one night, but mostly i will just visit because i'll feel less awkward at the farm now.

I emailed Alyssa Duerksen, who currently lives in the unit next to ours, to ask a bunch of stuff, including the theatre kids being pissed off... I think my actual wording was, "Are the theatre kids going to hate us? Are we going to be egged daily?" She didn't think there'd be egging involved. That's a relief.

PS: If theatre kids move into the unit next to ours, can you let me know the degree of hotness of the person living in the small room on the 3rd floor of the apartment? I'm pretty serious when I say I'm going to have a torrid affair with said person...
